China Auto Logistics (NASDAQ-CM:CALI)

In June 2009, the shares of China Auto Logistics Inc., were listed on NASDAQ, with a new trading symbol: CALI. With 2008 sales of approximately $190 million (+25% over 2007), CALI, is one of China's top sellers of luxury imported automobiles as well as a leader in building web based auto sales for dealers and manufacturers and providing them related services. The Company's rapid growth continued in the first quarter of 2009. Imported auto sales increased 37.2%, compared with the same period last year and contributed approximately 98% of Q1 sales of approximately $45.1 million (+35.4%). The Company's smaller, but rapidly growing auto-related websites, as well as dealer financing and logistics services, contributed approximately 43% of Q1 net profits of $1.2 million (+10.1%) as website advertising sales grew 34% in the period. In the first quarter of 2009, CALI launched its long planned national website, www.at160.com, serving domestic auto buyers and dealers. The Company's vision, beyond further city by city geographic expansion of its websites, is to develop and market a variety of new web-based services on these sites which it projects over time will contribute 50% of website revenues, as ads and subscriptions contribute the other 50%.
